The innovation from USA NO COR E-6 is water-based rust protector for steel, cast iron, and other ferrous parts from in-plant corrosion for up to six months.
- Water-based rust protector for steel, cast iron, other ferrous parts.
- Past coated with a soft, almost invisible film to protect for up to 6 months (in door).
- Lower cost than oil-based rust protection. No risk of fire accident.
- Safe, no nitrite, barium, boron, phenol and phosphate.
- Low foam.
- Recommended to dilute with RO or DI water for a more stable and better rust inhibition. However, just soft water may be used.
- Dilute at 6%-16% rate.
- Working baths should not be heated above 120 F and drying at 250 F.
- Parts should be dried before stacking or packaging.
